I founded Before You Push with a burning passion to empower pregnant women and provide them with the support they need to have a hospital birth on their own terms. As a registered nurse with personal experience and having my own birth trauma, I understand the importance of autonomy for women in the hospital setting. I am deeply committed to women's health, and even though I am unable to have children of my own anymore, I feel fulfilled by being a part of someone else's pregnancy journey. We offer pregnancy, birth and postpartum support before, during and after you push. We'd love to visit with you and see how we can support you!

We understand that after the birth, the postpartum period can be challenging as well, and that's why we also offer postpartum support.
